Mark Agate

Mark Agate is a seasoned Flight Controls Engineer at Skyways since November 2022, specializing in the integration of AI agents within safety-critical C++ and Python software development. Previous experience includes serving as a Flight Test Systems Engineer at Kittyhawk, where activities involved data analysis and software development for flight test activities, and as a GNC Engineer at L3 Technologies, focusing on autopilot controller improvements and flight data analysis. Mark has also held roles as a Flight Test Engineer, Graduate Researcher at the University of Arizona, and various internships at NASA Langley Research Center and Johnson Space Center, contributing significantly to unmanned aircraft systems, flight testing, and simulation development. Mark Agate holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Miami.
