Craig Vargo

Craig Vargo currently serves as the Program Lead for Security Regulatory Compliance at SkyWest Airlines, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Vargo worked at the University of Utah Health as a Security - Professional Standards Officer, focusing on investigations, operational procedures, security and risk assessments, and visitor management from December 2020 to November 2021. Vargo also held various positions at Salt Lake City Corporation, including Airport ORAT Manager and Deputy Chief of Salt Lake City Police Department from December 2018 to September 2019, as well as Airport Division Director and Police Chief from January 1990 to 2018, progressing through roles such as Airport Police Captain, Lieutenant, Shift Supervisor, and Officer.
