Jay Christensen

Jay Christensen has extensive experience in ground operations training and management, currently serving as the Manager of AO Ramp Standards and Training at SkyWest Airlines since September 2003. Previously held roles include Supervisor/Instructor of CS Ground Operations Training, where responsibilities encompassed manual and training document development, standardization meetings with major airline partners, and the creation of training materials. Earlier career positions at Wherehouse Music and Blockbuster Music focused on retail management, employee training, and inventory management. Education includes study at Southern Utah University and the University of Utah.
