Kathy Defreitas

Kathy DeFreitas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and wellness instruction. Currently serving as the General Manager at SkyWest Airlines since July 2018, Kathy previously held various roles focused on wellness, including offering workshops on the MELT Method and teaching yoga for individuals over 50 from 2007 to 2018. Additionally, Kathy was the Vice President of Sun Qi Designs Inc. from 2002 to 2015. Certified in Yoga Teacher Training and MELT Method, Kathy specializes in self-treatment systems aimed at alleviating chronic pain and enhancing overall well-being.
