Jorge Morales

Jorge Morales is an experienced sourcing and planning manager with a strong background in supply chain management. Since 2007, Jorge has been with Skyworks, responsible for sourcing all raw materials while prioritizing quality and customer service. Prior to this role, Jorge served as a sourcing manager and planner/buyer at Skyworks, where comprehensive knowledge of the MRP process was developed, and sourcing activities were successfully transitioned from Excel to SAP. Jorge's earlier experience includes work as a prototype planner at Skyworks, preparing cycle time reports for various customers, and as a process engineer at Black & Decker in Mexicali, Mexico, where factory layouts were redesigned, and production lines were converted into production cells. Jorge holds a Master's degree in Industrial Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, both from CETYS Universidad.
