Peter Chyurlia

Peter Chyurlia is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in high-frequency technologies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. since October 2014, Peter leads the design of Wi-Fi Front End Modules (FEMs) and possesses significant expertise in GaAs HBT PA design. Previously, Peter held the position of R&D Engineer at Gain Microwave, focusing on high-efficiency GaN MMIC PA design and the development of advanced testing setups. Peter's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, along with a M.A.Sc and a B.Eng in Engineering Physics, all from Carleton University, further complemented by research experience in the development of integrated GaN/CMOS processes.
