Lital Leshem

Lital Leshem has extensive experience in business development, venture capital, and executive roles. Lital started their career in 2005 as a Major Res in the Israel Defense Forces - Military Intelligence. In 2014, they co-founded Carbyne (Previously Reporty) and held the roles of Co-Founder & Share Holder, Co-Founder & Business Development Executive, and Co-Founder & CMO. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Business Development Executive US and North America at Mobileye and a VP Business Development at Shupperz. In 2018, they were an Executive Director, Global Business Development at Frontier Resource Group and in 2019 they were an Executive Partner at Comframe Solutions. In 2020, they were a Founding Partner at the Gulf-Israel Business Council and a Director at SkyX. Currently, they are a Co-Founder & CBD at Peak Ventures.

Lital Leshem attended Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Business administration. In 2021, they completed a course at Harvard Business School titled "WOMEN ON BOARDS: Succeeding As a Corporate Director".
