Myles Wolfe

Myles Wolfe has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Myles started their career as a Financial Analyst at IBM from 1995 to 1999. Myles then worked at New Plan Excel Realty Trust, where they held several roles including VP of Joint Venture Finance, VP of Portfolio Management, and Director of Budgeting. In these positions, they led teams, created financial models, and developed budgeting policies. Myles also worked at Centro Properties Group as a VP of Finance, where they assisted in the workout of a large debt and participated in negotiations and financial due diligence. Myles then joined Gramercy Capital Corp as a Vice President, leading a team and creating financial models for structured finance, realty, and corporate purposes. Myles later worked at Janoff & Olshan, Inc as a VP of Asset Management & Finance and at their own consulting firm, Myles Wolfe Consulting, LLC as the Founder. Currently, they hold the role of SVP of Portfolio Budgeting & Finance at SL Green, where they provide financial analysis and updates to the Executive Management Team.

Myles Wolfe completed their education at two institutions. In 1989, they started studying at SUNY New Paltz and finished in 1994, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance, General. Later, from 1997 to 2000, they pursued their MBA at NYU The Stern School of Business, specializing in Finance and Management. In 2016, Myles obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Massachusetts.
