Nicholas Perich

Nicholas Perich has extensive work experience in property management and portfolio management. Nicholas currently holds the position of Vice President, Portfolio Manager at SL Green Realty Corp. Starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Property Manager at Rockefeller Group from November 2018 to September 2021. From February 2013 to November 2018, they held a role in Property Management & Construction at SL Green Realty Corp. Nicholas also has experience in tax internships at Purdue Pharma L.P. and portfolio management analyst roles at Morgan Stanley.

Nicholas Perich holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from New York University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, they earned a Master's of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University from 2012 to 2013. Nicholas completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Fairfield University from 2008 to 2012.
