Steve Versace

Steve Versace is an experienced property management professional with a broad background in the real estate industry. Currently serving as a Property Manager at SL Green Realty Corp. since August 2024, Steve previously held the same position at L&L Holding Company from June 2023 to August 2024 and at The Durst Organization from November 2014 to May 2023, where roles included Assistant Property Manager and Assistant Fire Safety Director. Prior to these positions, Steve worked as a Construction Site Fire Safety Manager at Total Safety Consulting, LLC, and began a career in public service as a Firefighter with the New York City Fire Department from January 2002 to October 2010. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from St. John's University between 1996 and 2000.
