SLA
Juliette Valat is an accomplished architect and urban designer currently employed at SLA since December 2020, where main responsibilities include leading the landscape and urban design for projects such as Jardin des Mécanos in Paris and IDM in Manchester. Valat also contributes to various projects and competitions primarily across France, England, Denmark, and the UAE, while optimizing workflow and tutoring in 3D modeling. Previous experience includes serving as a Digital Fabrication Student Tutor at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, conducting research for a cross-sector partnership project focused on urban farming and water management in Jordan, and internships at Henning Larsen and AIA Life Designers. Valat holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Applied Arts Vienna and has participated in an exchange program at The University of Hong Kong.

Together, we consist of three offices, more than 15 nationalities, and 130 landscape architects, biologists, anthropologists, city planners, lighting designers, microclimate specialists, architects, planting experts, urban designers, ecologists, PhDs, safety experts, and forest engineers.
