Jacob C.

Jacob C. has extensive work experience in the food service industry. Jacob started their career as a Chef at TradeWinds Island Resorts in 2006, where they managed back-of-house operations for six restaurants and improved comment card scores. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Corporate Chef at Mugs N Jugs, where they implemented standard operating procedures and developed new menu designs. In 2012, they joined SLA Management, LLC as a Manager, and was quickly promoted to Area Manager. In this role, they developed unit operating systems and received recognition for the best new unit of the year. From 2014 to 2020, Jacob held the position of Director of Operations at SLA Management, LLC, where they implemented innovative techniques to promote and engage field employees, resulting in increased employee retention and reduced training costs. Jacob also played a key role in expanding the business across five states. Most recently, Jacob served as the Chief Operating Officer at SLA Management, LLC.

Jacob C. pursued their higher education at the University of Florida from 2015 to 2018, where they successfully completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Polk State College from 2012 to 2014, earning an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
