Claudette Bailey, MS RD LD SNS, is a seasoned registered dietitian and cafe manager at SLA Management, Inc. since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Head Start Health and Nutrition Coordinator at the YMCA of Central Ohio, clinical dietitian at Nationwide Children's Hospital, and program manager for Healthy Children, Healthy Weights at Columbus Public Health. Claudette also worked as a graduate research assistant at the UGA Department of Foods and Nutrition and contributed to the dietary team at Camp Twin Lakes. Education includes a B.S. in Dietetics and an M.S. in Foods and Nutrition from The University of Georgia, along with a dietetic internship in human nutrition from The Ohio State University.
