Susy Caunedo

Susy Caunedo has extensive experience in human resources management. Starting in 1994, they worked as a Sr. Human Resources Director at BBDO Puerto Rico, where they oversaw various HR functions and ensured regulatory compliance. Susy then served as an independent contractor for Ruby Tuesday Restaurants, where they crafted HR policies and procedures. In 2007, they joined Vistana Signature Experiences as a Human Resources Generalist and later became a Human Resources Manager, overseeing talent management, employee programs, and leadership development. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as an Area Human Resources Manager III at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Currently, they hold the positions of Senior Director Human Resources and Human Resources Director at SLA Management, Inc.

Susy Caunedo obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from American Metropolitan Jobs. Susy attended this institution from 1986 to 1992. Later on, from 1995 to 1997, Susy pursued higher education at Universidad Metropolitana, completing a BA/MBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
