Geertje van de Ven

Geertje van de Ven is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and organizational auditing. Currently serving as a Senior HR-officer at Slachtofferhulp Nederland since September 2012, Geertje manages various HR activities, ranging from administrative tasks to advising employees and management. In addition to this role, Geertje also works as an Intern Auditor, assessing compliance with established processes and policies. Prior to this, Geertje held HR-officer positions at Small Society B.V. and Bibliotheek Eindhoven, where initial responsibilities included both HR functions and librarian duties. Geertje holds a Bachelor's degree in Librarianship from Frederik Muller Academie Amsterdam and possesses foundational education from Utrecht University.
