Caitlin Pon

Caitlin Pon is a Senior Solution Design Consultant at Slack, a Salesforce company, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to this role, Caitlin served as an Experience Designer at the NSW Department of Customer Service from 2021 to 2022 and held managerial responsibilities at Macquarie Group from 2022 to 2023. Caitlin previously worked as a Senior Consultant in a secondment at the Victorian Department of Health and as a Consultant at nbn™ Australia in 2019. Their career began at KPMG Australia, where they progressed from a vacationer to a Management Consultant from 2018 to 2020. Caitlin holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Media (PR & Advertising) and Design (Honours) from UNSW, complemented by an International Student Exchange Program at the University of Exeter.
