Caroline Shen

Caroline Shen is a seasoned product designer with a strong background in user experience and product management, currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Slack since July 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Product Designer at Eventbrite, where significant contributions involved designing the Organizer App and enhancing the point of sale feature, as well as mentoring other designers. Caroline also worked as a Product Designer and Product Manager at Whova, where the focus was on creating conference app features and managing customer feedback. Earlier roles include product design positions at invi and Gooru, with foundational experiences as a designer at Stanford University. Caroline holds a BS in Product Design from Stanford University and an Ableton Live Producer Certificate from Dubspot.
