Hayley Thompson

Hayley Thompson serves as the Regional Vice President for Mid-Market at Slack since October 2021, building on extensive experience in sales management and development. Prior roles at Conga included Director of Sales for Growth East, where Hayley led a team supporting East Coast customers and worked to enhance organizational collaboration, along with roles such as Regional Manager, Territory Manager, Account Manager, and Business Development Representative. Earlier experience includes various positions at the University of Colorado Boulder, culminating as Associate Director of Development for Campus Programs, and roles at RuffaloCODY and Horace Mann Insurance. Hayley holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.
