Jessica Bishop

Jessica Bishop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and user experience design. Currently serving as a Senior Experience Consultant at Slack since November 2021, Jessica also holds a position on the Board of Advisors at LeaderMom. Previously at IBM from April 2017 to October 2021, Jessica played a pivotal role in the redesign of the Leadership Academy within the Leadership Development team. Jessica's early career included roles such as Project Coordinator at Thrive Leadership, where resilience training programs were developed, and internships at GE Power & Water and CAR-FRESHNER Corporation focusing on human resources and labor relations. Jessica holds a Positive Psychology Coaching Certification from Wholebeing Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Contextual Significance and Leadership from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
