Kelly Pien

Kelly Pien is a Business Intelligence Architect at Slack since August 2020, previously serving as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and Business Intelligence Analyst, where key contributions included developing reporting tools to track key metrics and creating automated data slide templates for various teams. Kelly's role involved writing SQL queries to fulfill approximately 250 ad-hoc data requests per quarter and earned recognition through the Slack Business Technology Unsung Hero Award.
