Marlon Mattos

Marlon Mattos has a diverse background in project management and consulting, with experience in both the military and corporate sectors. Marlon served as a Civil Engineering Operations Manager at the United States Air Force from February 2007 to January 2015, where responsibilities included managing projects and coordinating with various stakeholders. After transitioning to the private sector, Marlon worked at PwC as a Senior Consultant in Healthcare & Public Sector and Banking & Capital Markets from May 2016 to April 2019. Subsequently, Marlon joined Slack, initially as an Experience Architect and then as Senior Experience Architect, focusing on enhancing technology experiences. Currently, Marlon serves as the Director of Engagement Management at Slack, overseeing professional services engagements for major enterprise clients. Marlon holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Villanova University and a Bachelor's Degree from Drew University.
