Tilo Sequeira

Tilo Sequeira is a Learning and Organization Development Leader with a strong background in leadership development, team dynamics, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Currently, Tilo serves as the Director of Learning & OD, Talent Management, and Engagement at Warner Bros. Discovery, where they lead initiatives across the APAC region. Previously, Tilo held significant roles at Spotify JAPAC and AXA, successfully implementing L&D strategies and programs tailored to diverse markets. Tilo's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Applied Neuroscience from King's College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Singapore Management University. A published poet and a global traveler, Tilo also brings a creative perspective to their professional endeavors.
