Nitin Kapila currently serves as the Regional Lead for Customer Success at Slack since August 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Customer Success Lead for the West European Region at Zscaler from September 2019 to August 2021, and various positions at Adobe from May 2014 to September 2019, including Customer Success for North America and Business Intelligence Analyst 2.
