Timothy Wittig is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in leading backend development teams. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Slack since January 2022, Timothy leads the Slack Huddles backend. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at OpenSesame from April 2020 to January 2022, and a decade at Blackbaud in various engineering positions from March 2009 to March 2020, including Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Earlier in Timothy's career, internship experiences were gained at IBM and Thomson Reuters in 2008 and 2007, respectively.
