Will Miner

Will Miner currently serves as the VP of Product Design at Slack, a leading productivity platform, since January 2021. Prior to this role, Will held various positions including Sr. Director and Director of Product Design at 2U, where responsibilities included leading the product design and user research practice and growing the design team. Will's experience also includes serving as a Senior User Experience Designer at Intel Corporation, where user requirements gathering and iterative UI design were central tasks. Will Miner holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and advanced degrees in Human Factors from Cornell University, where both an MS and a BS in Human Centered Design were earned.
