Ross Friedman

Ross Friedman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business operations and education. As the Owner and Founder of Slacker University since December 2013, Ross has cultivated an innovative environment for learning. Since January 2024, Ross serves as the Head of Business Operations at The Parallel Agency, where strategic oversight is a key focus. Previous experience includes a role as an Instructor at Bay State Skating School from January 2014 to January 2017, where Ross taught basic and advanced ice skating classes, specializing in hockey skills and providing one-on-one instruction for special needs children. Ross holds a degree from Suffolk University, completed between 2018 and 2022.
