Penelope Evans

Penelope (Penny) Evans is an experienced professional in the field of food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as Vice President of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Slade Gorton & Co, Inc. since July 2021. Penny has held significant roles in various organizations, including Director of Global Supplier Quality at High Liner Foods and Quality Systems Manager at McDonald's Canada. Prior to these positions, Penny worked at Mondelēz International as a Quality Supervisor and held multiple quality-related roles at Campbell Company of Canada. Penny also contributed to education as a part-time instructor for an ASQ course at Humber College. Educational credentials include an Honour Bachelor of Science with double majors in Forensic Science and Biology from the University of Toronto Mississauga and an ASQ Advanced Certificate of Quality Assurance from Humber College.
