Graham Smith

Graham Smith is an experienced consultant with a diverse background in leadership development, culture change, and organizational performance. Currently serving as the Associate Consultant and Merck Account Director at Sladen Consulting since April 2020, Graham also holds the position of Senior Associate Consultant at Quirk Solutions Ltd. and operates as the Owner of Sykes Fairbairn Ltd., which focuses on enhancing workplace happiness. Previous roles include designing and delivering leadership programs for prominent clients at Accourt and driving culture change initiatives for various organizations at McKinney Rogers. Graham's career began in the Royal Marines, where Graham served as a Major from 1987 to 2000.
