Francis Lobo

Francis Lobo is a seasoned quality engineering professional with extensive experience across multiple high-tech organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Architect at Slalom Build since June 2021, Francis specializes in defining quality approaches and coaching teams for APAC clients. Prior roles include Quality Coach at Campaign Monitor, where Francis developed test strategies and automation frameworks, and Co-Founder of BreakAway Sports Unlimited, organizing the largest multi-day cycling tour in India. With a background as a Quality Advocate at Tyro Payments and Quality Assurance Team Lead at Audience, Inc., Francis has honed skills in Agile environments and led teams in diverse testing challenges. Earlier career contributions include significant roles at Cisco Systems, Motorola, Philips, and Innominds, focusing on software engineering and automation. Francis holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from RV College of Engineering and a Master's in Digital Communication and Network Engineering from SJC Institute of Technology.
