Jarrod Baldwin

Jarrod Baldwin is an experienced software architect and manager currently serving as a Principal Architect at Slalom Build since August 2024. Prior to this, Baldwin held the position of Software Lead at Atom Power, Inc., where responsibilities included designing and developing the IoT cloud platform on Microsoft Azure, achieving FedRAMP approval. Baldwin has also worked at Slalom Build in various capacities, leading teams on significant government contracts, and contributed as a Senior Software Developer at multiple companies, focusing on Azure cloud-based solutions and internal web platforms. Baldwin's earlier career included roles at Bank of America and Microsoft, where involvement ranged from financial forecasting applications to supporting the Windows Update web service. Baldwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
