Phillip Balsley

Phillip Balsley is an Agile Product and Project Manager at Slalom Build since March 2021, specializing in leading Agile delivery for technology projects and transforming client requirements into actionable user stories. Previously, Phillip served as a Scrum Master at Raining Virtue Inc. and TEKsystems, where responsibilities included integrating technology into client businesses and improving the performance of globally distributed teams. Phillip’s experience also encompasses project management and Scrum Master roles with HCL America, Inc. at major aerospace companies, along with a multi-faceted background at Changepoint as both a Scrum Master and Software Test Engineer II, contributing to a SaaS application recognized in Gartner’s PPM magic quadrant. Early in Phillip's career, roles included Senior Test Engineer at HCL America and Software Test Engineer at WildTangent Studios and Volt. Phillip holds an AA in Web Design from Seattle Central College, earned between 2011 and 2012.
