Ashley Brand

Ashley Brand is a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation at Slalom, specializing in large-scale enterprise Agile transformations and leadership coaching since April 2022. Previously, Ashley served as a Senior Project Manager for Optum, leading a project team to develop a telehealth solution during the pandemic, and also as a Senior Instructional and Experience Designer, focusing on training solutions for leadership. As the Director of Community Outreach for the Colorado Lean Network, Ashley connected nonprofits with Lean best practices. Additionally, Ashley founded See & Solve Consulting to facilitate organizational change through process improvement training. Past roles include Program Manager at Academic Impressions and Management Consultant for the City and County of Denver, where Ashley delivered Lean coaching. Ashley holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Denver and a Master's Degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
