Caroline Grant

Caroline Grant is the Manchester Managing Director at Slalom, where the focus is on helping companies tackle ambitious projects and build better capabilities for the future. With extensive experience at Accenture from August 2006 to June 2023, Caroline served in various leadership roles, including North West Strategy and Consulting Lead, where responsibilities included coaching talent and growing the consulting practice, and Talent & Organisation Managing Director, overseeing people-focused consulting in Health and Public Service. Further, Caroline led client accounts for global Energy majors and was instrumental in large-scale transformations involving SAP technology implementations. Caroline’s earlier career included roles at Toyota Industrial Equipment UK as a Marketing & PR Coordinator and at Air Europa as a Personal Assistant. Caroline holds a first-class BSc in International Management & Spanish from the University of Bath.
