Gary Schultz

Gary Schultz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and organizational development. Currently serving as a Principal and Consultant at Slalom since July 2019, Gary previously held the position of Senior Director of Strategic Planning at Denver International Airport, where responsibilities included developing the strategic planning process and leading significant change management initiatives. With a long tenure at USAA from June 1992 to January 2018, Gary held multiple leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President of P&C Special Projects and P&C Strategy, where contributions involved developing organizational design, guiding cross-functional teams in process documentation, and establishing strategic and operational plans. Gary possesses a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
