Gina Urgena

Gina Urgena, MSOD, is a Principal Consultant at Slalom, serving as the NorCal Capability Lead for Talent and Learning Development since September 2019. With extensive experience in organization development, Gina has led strategic planning initiatives for various clients, including a nonprofit strategic plan that helped achieve membership and engagement goals. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and Vice President at Oyster Organizational Development, LLC, where Gina focused on linking customer experience and employee experience to organizational outcomes. As a Senior Director at the Association for Talent Development, Gina contributed to an increase in revenue from $25 million to $40 million and managed multiple business units. Earlier positions include Director of Member Services at NAPEO, Director of Education and Workforce Development at PMMI, and Director of Education & Meetings at the American Subcontractors Association. Gina holds a B.A. in English and American Literature and Language from Harvard University and a Master's degree in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University.
