Jen Berg

Jen Berg is a founder, experience designer, and strategist with over 25 years of professional experience, including 9 years in consulting. They have co-founded Evolv, creating a course in user-centered design that positively impacted employee retention and team collaboration. At Nordstrom, Jen served as an innovation coach and experience designer, facilitating workshops and contributing to corporate initiatives. Currently, as a senior consultant at Slalom, they lead diverse client projects focused on collaboration and agile methodologies, while also owning Responsibly Rogue, LLC, where they coach leaders and teams in effective communication and dynamic business practices. They are pursuing degrees in Project Management at the University of Washington and BA with Honors in English Literature & Biology at the University of Oregon.
