Kristine santa-Coloma Rohls

Kristine Santa-Coloma Rohls is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational leadership and diversity initiatives. From January 2016 to February 2024, Kristine served as Chief People Officer and Chief Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Officer at Slalom, while also taking on the role of General Manager. Prior to this, Kristine held the position of Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton from May 2003 to December 2015 and served as Senior Manager at Tribridge from August 1999 to May 2003. Kristine's career began at Andersen Consulting, where the role of Senior Consultant was held from August 1995 to August 1999. Academic credentials include a CMAP Certification in Change Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Math/Statistics from the University of Florida.
