Lauren Martin

Lauren Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT project management, change management, and consulting. Currently serving as the Senior Chief of Staff, Director, Senior Principal, and Principal at Slalom since August 2015, Lauren has led significant initiatives within the healthcare non-profit sector and large technology firms, including Salesforce implementation for manufacturing. Previous roles include Premier Soccer Coach at Eastside Football Club, where Lauren organized community fundraising events and managed tournaments, and Business Analyst/Project Manager at Launch Consulting Group, where process improvements were made for a global Major Incident Management team. In earlier positions, Lauren improved customer service strategies at Korrio and enhanced the brand of Seattle University Athletics as Social Community Coordinator. Lauren holds a Master of Sports Administration and Leadership from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting from Gonzaga University.
