Lucy Hill

Lucy Hill is a Principal at Slalom, where they lead a team in driving senior clients through strategic design and large-scale transformations. They previously worked at Accenture, where they held roles from Business and Technology Delivery Analyst to Associate Manager between 2017 and 2022. Lucy also interned at the US Congress in 2014 and gained insightful experience as a Buying Intern at Terrain in 2016. They earned a degree in History from the University of Virginia, following their education at Groton School.
