Jacob Staudhammer is a highly experienced professional in the field of bioengineering, currently serving as Principal and previously as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Dark Horse Consulting Group Inc. since January 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Process Development Engineer at CODA Biotherapeutics, leading a team focused on AAV process development and fostering partnerships for manufacturing. Jacob served as a Senior Process Development Associate at Orchard Therapeutics, specializing in viral vector development and process validation. Additional roles include Process Development Engineer II and I at Adverum Biotechnologies and Costanoan Biotechnologies, respectively, with a focus on upstream and downstream process development and novel analytical methods. Jacob also has experience in internships at Thermo Fisher Scientific and ZeaChem Inc., as well as energy analysis at Oregon State Industrial Assessment Center. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from Oregon State University.
