Melissa Repko

Melissa Repko is a Senior Principal at Slalom, where since August 2018, the focus has been on helping clients adapt to new technologies and industry disruptions through practical problem solving. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a Senior Consultant at Aon from November 2013 to August 2018, supporting organizational change in the HR function. Earlier experience includes serving as a Manager at Accenture from January 2005 to October 2013, delivering business solutions for the utility industry with an emphasis on aligning individuals with business strategies through change management. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Penn State University, earned in 2004.
