Tracy Derr

Tracy Derr serves as the Managing Director of Business Development at Slalom since July 2017, focusing on assisting clients with ambitious projects and capability building. Additionally, Tracy contributes as a Customer Advisory Board Member at the University of Houston. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President at Neudesic from June 2008 to May 2017 and Founder of Amerishore, where insights into offshore IT trends were developed from January 2011 to June 2016. Earlier, Tracy was an Account Executive at Sogeti, engaging primarily with Oil and Gas companies, and held the position of Business Development Manager at Software Architects, specializing in custom software solutions for the Energy and Healthcare sectors. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
