Tyler Mikkelson

Tyler Mikkelson has extensive experience in talent acquisition, primarily within the technology sector. At Slalom, from October 2016 to January 2022, Tyler served as Director and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment for the Los Angeles office in Technology Enablement, Customer Engagement, and Business Advisory Services. Prior to Slalom, Tyler worked at Mondo as Regional Recruiting Manager and was a founding member of the firm, which focuses on technical staffing. Additional experience includes roles as a Technical Recruiter at Bluewolf and a Human Resources Specialist at CouponCabin.com, where successful recruiting strategies led to doubling the company size. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School.
