Jorge Miarnau Marín

Jorge Miarnau Marín has a wealth of experience in the field of robotics engineering. Jorge is currently working as a Robotics Solutions Engineer at SLAMcore Limited since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Robotics Engineer at Navvy Robotics in 2020 and as Marketing and Design at Neuro Ai in the same year. In 2019, they were the Head of Technology at Bath Entrepreneurs (BE). From 2017 to 2016, they worked as an Undergraduate Design Engineer at ChargePoint Technology, where they processed over 50 bespoke sales orders for high containment powder transfer valves by creating documentation, technical drawings and specifications. In 2016, they also worked as a Quality Engineering Intern at FICOSA. Additionally, they have been a Freelance Videographer since 2016 with over 5 years of experience using Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut Pro X. Jorge has filmed at Summer Daze Festival Barcelona and the University of Bath's first student run Entrepreneur Conference (BE2). Jorge is also a drone pilot and builds and flies their own quadcopters to capture videos in ways never seen before.

Jorge Miarnau Marín completed their Spanish Bachillerato at Oak House School between 2000 and 2015. In 2007-2009, they attended Runnymede College, and in 2014 they participated in the Summer Academy in Applied Science and Technology (SAAST) at the University of Pennsylvania. Jorge then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Integrated Design Engineering at the University of Bath from 2015 to 2020.
