Richard Roberts

Richard Roberts has over 13 years of experience in the engineering field. Richard began their career in 2008 as a Research Intern at Microsoft. In 2014, they moved to Wing as a Perception and GNC Engineer. In 2021, they joined SLAMcore Limited as a Senior Research Engineer.

Richard Roberts attended Georgia Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2007, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Richard then returned to Georgia Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2014 to earn a Doctor of Philosophy in Robotics. In 2018, they obtained a Private Aircraft Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
