Carolina Abut is the Head of Growth at slantis and has extensive experience in sales and marketing, including roles as a Senior Consultant at Chemaxon and Sales & Marketing Manager at Plus Ultra | RICOH Uruguay. They co-founded HiPo Talent Acquisition in 2022 and previously co-founded Maria Carole from 2009 to 2012. Carolina holds an MBA from IEEM - Escuela de Negocios and has completed various other educational programs in marketing and psychology.
