Lesley Mathews

Lesley Mathews is a seasoned professional in the field of scientific leadership and pharmacology, currently serving as the Scientific Director at the Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lesley held multiple key positions at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard from October 2020 to January 2023, including Coordinator of Communications and Culture and Associate Director of Cellular Pharmacology. Lesley’s extensive experience includes significant contributions at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, where responsibilities involved developing high throughput cellular assays for oncology projects.
