Tammy Jajes has a diverse work experience in the field of art and design. Tammy is currently working at Slash.Digital as a Team Lead and Senior Art Director. Prior to that, they were a Senior Art Director at defacto BE/ONE and myposter GmbH. Tammy has also worked at Serviceplan Campaign X GmbH & Co. KG, where they held the positions of Senior Art Director and Art Director. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at Plan.Net Campaign and Serviceplan Gruppe für innovative Kommunikation GmbH & Co. KG in various roles such as Art Director, Junior Art Director, Art Assistant, Trainee, and Werkstudent.

Tammy Jajes completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Professional Skills & Management (Advanced Marketing Management) from Steinbeis-Hochschule Schools of Next Practices from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mediadesign from Mediadesign University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they took a 5-day elective course in Principles of Entrepreneurship and Strategic Innovation - Corporate Strategy at SDA Bocconi in 2016.
