Andreas Konstantinou

Andreas Konstantinou is a seasoned entrepreneur and academic with extensive experience in leadership and culture transformation. Currently serving as the Regional Chair for the Entrepreneurs' Organization in Europe, Andreas has held various significant positions including Area Director and President of EO Greece. As Chair and Founder of EO Accelerator Greece, Andreas facilitated the growth of numerous entrepreneurs toward achieving $1 million in revenue. Founded Rethink Culture in 2023 to promote healthier workplace cultures, Andreas also established SlashData, a leading analyst firm in the developer economy. With academic contributions as an Adjunct Professor at Lund University and Athens University of Economics and Business, Andreas has also played advisory roles and authored key industry reports during a career that spans various significant roles in technology and consulting, beginning with a solid educational foundation marked by a Ph.D. from the University of Bristol.
