Jakub Pietrucha

Jakub Pietrucha has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Jakub is currently the CEO of Unitem Mower, where they have been since 2022. Unitem Mower specializes in creating a modular autonomy system that turns lawnmowers into autonomous robots. Prior to this, Jakub was a Co-Founder at SlashDevTeam from 2017, where they focused on delivering custom software solutions in IoT and machine learning. Jakub also served as the Chairman of the Board at Gospodarny Dzięćmarów, Koło Gospodarń Wiejskich w Dzięćmarowie from 2019.

Before their current positions, Jakub worked as a Research Consultant for LTE PHY at Intel Corporation, starting in 2014 until 2017. At Nokia Siemens Networks, they held the role of Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer from 2010 to 2014, where they focused on designing and implementing software for LTE eNodeB, with a focus on algorithm design and optimizations. Earlier in their career, Jakub worked as a Software Engineer at FiberLED in 2008, where they designed software for High Brightness LEDs driver. Jakub also had a brief role as a Szeregowy podchorąży at Centrum Szkolenia Łączności i Informatyki in 2008. Overall, Jakub Pietrucha has extensive experience in software development, research consulting, and leadership positions.

Jakub Pietrucha completed their education in a chronological order, starting with their M.Sc. (Eng) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Jakub pursued their education from 2005 to 2010. Following this, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Physics (Not conferred) from the same university. In 2018, they enrolled in postgraduate studies in Data Science at Warsaw University of Technology, which they completed in 2019. Furthermore, in 2020 and 2021, Jakub Pietrucha expanded their skill set by pursuing a degree as an Apiary Technician/Beekeeper at CDS Lider.
